Product Overview

The BKL DVR Dynamic Voltage Regulation Device is a system voltage compensation system based on an inverter, designed to protect and compensate critical loads such as automotive manufacturing and semiconductor manufacturing, which are sensitive to voltage, from the effects of system voltage drops and temporary surges. The device can quickly adjust the input voltage of the load in real-time based on changes in the system voltage and features continuous online voltage regulation capabilities.

The DVR device features an optimized hardware design, employing instant tracking and control algorithms to provide 100% voltage compensation for loads in the event of a momentary voltage drop.

A DVR is primarily composed of the following components:

IGBT power inverter.

IGBT rectifier.

Insurance bypass.

Inject into the transformer/power grid.

CPU digital control processor.

The DVR device is connected in series between the power supply and the load. It continuously monitors the power supply voltage on the input side. Once it detects that the load input voltage has deviated from the rated value, the DVR quickly responds by providing a compensatory voltage to the load.

The voltage compensation response time is less than 250 us, real-time voltage compensation, and the overall compensation does not exceed 10 ms.
The voltage compensation range is up to –40% to +20%, with voltage regulation precision of 0.1V.
